All the things that are bolded and underlined are things I'm very interested in seeing at Sakura Matsuri this year. I want to see the Geisha for CERTAIN... and the taiko combined... the Cosplay even looks interesting. I'm getting very excited since they have a schedule now. I want to get more JPop/JRock on my ipod to have for the trip too!

Performance times are subject to change without notice.

I am close to this... close enough to actually participate if I can afford it! Oh my!

Affording it seems like something I'll never be able to do. It's more than 5000 dollars for each summer class...

So a small piece of history from me: I started to learn japanese, the language, formally when I (physically, the body) was in 10th grade. Because I was being homeschooled online and had the option. I feel like I need to get in touch with my personal heritage and I love to learn new things. Plus I am good at languages anyhow.

It was horrible, because I had no real teacher so the little I learned, about the vocal language, was just random at the best.

Anyhow. I have plans. To learn the language and for real this time. I'm not sure how (and I would go to school for it if I could!) yet I'll do it... but that's fine. I found some online resources and will see what's best to work with and will start again.

It will be fun!
